The SCORE Mobile App Now Available to Programs

We are excited to announce the SCORE mobile app is now available to program subscribers! 

The beta version of the mobile app is available for download on Apple iOS and Google Play app stores. Users can find the app by searching “abs score.” After download, sign in with the same username and password that you use for the SCORE Portal. Access to the app is included with your program’s SCORE subscription.

• Question of the Day and customized quizzes
• Clinical scenario questions for trainee self-study 
• Personal progress tracking with question bank analytics and focus areas
• Links to corresponding modules and resources

Please note that this beta version of the mobile app is limited to the multiple-choice question bank. Progress saved in the app will not be linked to the Portal account. However, we are working to integrate the app to the Portal in the next few updates. Currently, individual subscribers are not able to use the app, but we are planning on implementing updates to change these limitations as well.

If you are interested in participating in focus groups and feedback sessions, or sharing your insights on the mobile app, please contact us through the Feedback Form. Your feedback will inform the design and features of future versions of the app.

Surgical Critical Care TWIS Quiz Available on the SCORE Portal!

SCORE SCC programs and trainees now have access to a weekly TWIS quiz, in addition to the SCC Curriculum and other resources.

SCORE Features

• Access to specialty-based content, including 119 modules and 700+ questions
• Module topics that provide learning objectives, discussion questions, and self-study quizzes
• Assignments feature to create custom assignments and track trainee progress
• Additional resources for surgeon wellness, faculty development, and practice guidelines

Annual Program Subscription 

• $200 per trainee
• One program director account
• One program administrator account
• Five accounts for faculty or additional administrative personnel
• Additional faculty/administrator accounts are $325 each
• Full access to the SCORE Portal and all its curricula

2023-2024 Pre-Intern Curriculum Now Available

The Pre-intern Curriculum is available for 2023-2024. Program directors and administrators can assign the curriculum topics and track the newly matched interns' progress with SCORE's "reports" feature.

Learn how to opt in to the curriculum through the video walkthrough. Note: we are using the same process this year as was used last year.

We are excited to announce that SCORE's Editor-in-Chief, Amit R.T. Joshi, MD, has been elected President of the APDS. 

The TWIS Page "Schedule" Option Will Be Available June 26th

The 2022-2023 TWIS Schedule will be adjustable starting Sunday, June 26th.

Programs can customize their corresponding schedule on the TWIS page by selecting the "schedule" button.
